Who we are

Alfella Aluminum, a brand of Iron Fellas, Inc. ("Alfella", "we"), sells aluminum fence systems from 10 Torre Place, Yonkers, NY 10703. This policy explains what information we collect through alfella.com, our quote and contact forms, and the tools we use to publish our own social media content.

Information we collect

• Details you send us through our contact, quote and installer forms, such as your name, email, phone number, address and project details.
• Messages you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media.
• Basic usage data collected by Google Analytics, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.

How we use it

We use this information only to answer your questions, prepare quotes, deliver orders and improve our website. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Google and YouTube data

We use a self-hosted social media scheduling tool to publish videos to Alfella's own YouTube channel. When we connect our channel, the tool receives an access token from Google that lets it upload and manage videos on that channel only. We do not access other people's Google accounts, and we do not use Google user data for advertising or share it with third parties. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. YouTube's own terms and Google's privacy policy apply to YouTube: YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run the website and deliver form messages (for example Google Firebase hosting, Google Analytics, Cloudflare and our email provider). They process data only on our behalf.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and order records as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal or accounting reasons. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time.
